Cooking with wine has been very popular worldwide. In fact, people who resist drinking wine even use wine in their cooking to enhance flavor.

Madeira: it is mainly used in French cooking. One of the reasons it is classified as a good wine for cooking is because it can stay for months after opened. It is mainly used to add taste to sauces and a marinade for pork and chicken.
