Dornfelder is wine grape with an extraordinary depth of color, fresh and fruity having Beaujolais like taste. Dornfelder is a german red wine that contains a full body and bold aroma. Acolon grape is hybrid one, grown from a Blauer Lemberger grape and Dornfelder grape. The Acolon grape is inherited from the Lemberger having cherry, berry and spice flavors, with slight plum aroma from the Dornfelder. Acolon grape creates sweet wine, deep red and mild tannins. This grape is dark purple in color giving unique deep red wine.
